How it works

Getting Your Template

Once you buy a template, you’ll receive an email with a link to access it. Upon accessing, the template creates a copy in your framer dashboard, which you can start using it immediately.

Editing Your Template

Framer templates are ready-made projects that you can fully customize. Just like with any other project, you have the freedom to edit every aspect of the template, whether it's updating the text, adjusting images, or tweaking design elements.

Edit the Input Fields

You can customize input fields based on your content needs. For example, a blog might require fields for a title, slug, and formatted long-form content. Different needs, such as a product directory or photo blog, might necessitate an image field. To adjust the fields for each CMS item, click on any column title to open a modal. Here, you can add new fields, rearrange them, or modify or delete existing ones.

Publishing Your Project

Ready to launch? Publish your project as a website straight from Framer. Free templates are hosted on a free domain. To access additional features like a custom domain, simply upgrade to a paid plan through the project settings.

Upgrading Your Website

In the project settings, you can upgrade your project. This allows you to attach a custom domain or unlock extra features. Consider upgrading if you anticipate high website traffic or require advanced functionalities.
